Move-In Fees
When applying for one of our rental properties, please be aware of the following standard move-in costs:

First month’s rent or prorated rent (based on move-in date)

Refundable security deposit: equal to one month’s rent

Application fee: $75 non-refundable per person

Pet deposit (if applicable): $150 refundable per pet
Application Process:

Download and complete our Rental Application.

Submit your completed application to PPM along with the $75 non-refundable application fee per person.

If you have pets, please also download and submit the Pet Application.
Applications are reviewed in the order received. We also accept backup applications.
